Ticket purchases
How do I buy a ticket?
Klockriketeatern is a nomad theatre – we do not have our own stage. We perform at different venues and together with, and at, other theatres. Therefore, the ticket sales locations vary per production. You will find information about where tickets are available for purchase on each production’s page.
If Klockriketeatern sells tickets for the performance, they are sold via fienta.com and at the door one hour before the performance.
Show your ticket on your phone at the entrance when you arrive for the performance. You can also print it out on paper if you prefer.
Why is my ticket purchase unsuccessful?
The most common reasons why purchases do not go through in Fienta:
- Does your card allow international payments? Fienta is an Estonian company, so payment problems may arise if your card does not allow international payments. You can probably change the settings in your online bank.
- Are you trying to pay via Aktia? Unfortunately, you cannot pay via Aktia. If you do not have any other payment options, you can instead request an invoice – select ‘Invoice and bank transfer’ instead of ‘Banks and credit cards’ in the payment box. Once the invoice has been paid, the tickets will be sent to you automatically by email.
- Did the time run out? The session in Fienta may have expired if it took a little too long to complete the purchase. Please try again!
If you encounter any problems, please contact Klockriketeatern’s ticket sales department.
Where can I find my ticket?
The ticket will be sent to the email address you provided in Fienta when you made your purchase. It will be sent to you from info@fienta.com, not from Klockriketeatern. Please also check your spam folder! If you suspect that you have entered your email address incorrectly, please contact us.
The ticket is the QR code in the email. Each ticket has its own QR code.
Show your ticket on your phone at the entrance when you arrive at the performance. You can also print it out on paper if you prefer.
Can I reserve tickets?
You can reserve a ticket via biljetter@klockrike.fi. Please note that we respond within two working days, so be sure to reserve the ticket well in advance. When reserving a ticket, we need your name, email address, telephone number and postal address.
We will send you an invoice by email via Fienta. The invoice must be paid within 5 days. Once it has been paid, the tickets will be sent automatically to your email address.
We need your postal address in order to create the invoice.
Ticket prices
You can find ticket prices for our performances on the production’s page and in the ticket sales system. The price includes a service charge.
How do I cancel my ticket?
If you need to cancel your ticket, please contact the theatre at biljetter@klockrike.fi no later than 72 hours (3 days) before the performance. We will primarily exchange your ticket for another date.
Do you have a discount code?
If you want to use a discount code, first click on Do you have a discount code?, which you will find at the bottom of the ticket categories in Fienta. Enter your code. The discount or discount ticket will now be visible and you can select it.
What is Fienta?
Fienta is an Estonian ticket sales platform founded in 2014. It aims to make it easy for organisers to sell tickets and for customers to buy them – without having to log in or pay extra service fees.
Klockriketeatern uses the fienta.com platform for ticket sales.
