Buying tickets
Ticket information for the performances at Åbo Svenska Teater and Wasa Teater is available on their websites.
Tickets our performances are sold via the ticket service Fienta and at the door 1 hour before the performance. It is not possible to book tickets for the performance.
Tickets purchased on fienta.com will be sent to the email address you have provided with your purchase. The sender is Fienta (info@fienta.com).
You can find the ticket prices in the ticket service. The price includes a service fee.
Ticket sales are available in three languages, Swedish, Finnish and English. You can change the language in the top right corner of the page.
When you arrive at the performance
When you arrive at the performance, show your tickets on your phone screen or printed tickets at the door as you enter. If necessary, you can also get a pre-purchased ticket from the box office at the door.
Cancellation of tickets
If you need to cancel your ticket, please contact the theatre at least 72 hours (3 days) before the performance. Cancellations later than that are not possible.
Other information
Please note that Fienta is an Estonian company and therefore you may experience issues with payment if your card does not allow foreign payments. If you are unable to resolve the problem, please contact Klockriketeatern.
Accessibility
Wheelchair seats are available for sale at fienta.com. Assistants can attend the performance free of charge, the ticket category becomes available when you select a wheelchair seat.
SFV-huset G18
The accessible entrance to SFV-huset G18 is accessed via the courtyard. Take the gate at Georgsgatan 16 and follow the blue accessibility signs through the courtyard to the glass doors.
The banqueting hall is on the second floor.
There is an accessible toilet on the third floor.
There is a lift in the building.
Finnish National Theatre Omapohja-stage
The wheelchair seat is located near the entrance to the audience hall.
There are accessible toilets in the space.
